Youth and Family Outreach
Young people are valued members of our families, community and world.
We engage young people and their families through our neighborhood outreach sites and through fiscal sponsored programs, equipping them to lead change in their communities. For fiscal sponsored programs, we provide a fiscal umbrella, infrastructure, training and organizational leadership for social entrepreneurs to build and create solutions to meet community needs. Some of these programs launch and spin off as their own 501c3 organizations and some remain a part of the Urban Impact family of ministries.
We are a partnership of churches, organizations, and individuals who provide Christian chaplaincy, post-release care and mentoring for youth incarcerated in King County, Washington. To learn more, click here. To make a donation today, click here.
Emerald City Commons Apartments is a collaboration between Urban Impact and Mercy Housing. Many of the residential units are designed to accommodate families as well as community rooms that open to our landscaped outdoor balcony that includes a play area. We have dedicated staff to support tutoring, health education, adult literacy, employment assistance, and other programming for the residents.
