Central District

Central Community Church

Creating opportunities for transformation through intentional relationships.

Committed to those on the fringes who are seeking intentional relationships.

We believe in building relationships that create an organic opportunity to share the gospel and honor the culture and traditions of those who have been in the neighborhood for years.  Building community changes lives.

Our programs

  • Youth Central

A partnership of neighborhood churches and dedicated volunteers to facilitate safe spaces for the youth of the Central District to be discipled, and to thrive and flourish in all areas of their lives.

  • Community Alpha Group/Youth Alpha

A 10-week course that allows participants (adults and high school students) to ask some of life’s most important questions surrounding faith in safe non-judgmental environment.

  • Seattle World School

In partnership with other local organizations and churches we participate in the community wide support of the Seattle World School’s Students, Faculty, and Staff.

“I enjoy meetings because they help me connect [with] God more than I do in any other space. It allows me to get deeper into my relationship with the Lord and helps me build a community with like-minded people.”

Kayla on YouthCentral

“People feel comfortable sharing about what’s going on with them especially people that wouldn’t normally have that. It feels good to know that people are at least sharing that [they’re going through different things]”

Izzy on YouthCentral

“Nickl has no interest in “knowing” God and is an atheist and does not believe in God. He argues that someone can be in relationship with God without believing in God. […] He’s been attending every week since week 3 and God is clearly at work in his life.”
