Urban Impact has been a faithful presence in the Rainier Valley for 25 years, addressing core urban challenges and building thriving neighborhoods. Our uniqueness rests in our commitment to principles of Christian Community Development and partnership with local churches. Urban Impact transforms neighborhoods by building community, developing capacity, raising leaders and sharing the good news of Jesus. Guided by these four principles, we develop programs that meet tangible community needs in the areas of education, youth development, family engagement, health and economic development.

Village
Impact Family Village will be 61 unit mixed use affordable housing development with 6,000 square feet of commercial space. Our tenants will be working families who have struggled to find affordable, healthy living environments.
Our community development center HUB in association with Emerald City Bible Fellowship, provides outreach opportunities such as LAMP, Empire Nights, the Urban Arts Center, and the Chaplaincy Program.
Our HUB, in association with Rainier Avenue Church, provides outreach opportunities such as Mekong Kids, Photo Voice, Community Night, and Homework Center.
Rainier Health & Fitness is a non-profit health organization making a difference in the South Seattle community by making exercise fun, accessible, and affordable.
