We are seeking a dedicated, thorough, and efficient leader to serve as our our new Accountant/Bookkeeper. This person will serve as our primary accounting staff. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, organized, self-starter who is experienced in Quickbooks, is organized and efficient, and who wants to play a key role in breaking the cycle of poverty in the Rainier Valley!

Each intern will be assigned to one of Urban Impact’s program sites –

Urban Impact at Rainier Avenue Church, Urban Impact at Emerald City Bible Fellowship or Rainier Health & Fitness. At each of these sites, the interns will have a mentoring relationship with their site supervisor. Each of our supervisors are experienced program directors who will train, coach and mentor interns through their day-to-day direct ministry.

Opportunity for sub-contractors to bid on the construction work for this new four-story, 61 unit multi-family housing development for working class families (1 level of on grade parking garage on structural slab on grade, one PT slab at grade and 3 levels of wood framing). First floor will be commercial space, designated for Rainier Health & Fitness Club.
